Talk about customer service. Called yesterday after they closed because I was needing a knee scooter. Called me today because he was in the office for about 30 min but wasn’t officially open and said I could come get one. Definitely recommend for your mobility needs!

I took my Scooter in another store and they said my batteries were bad. I took it to Mobility City and they fixed it without putting in new batteries. From now on I will only go to Mobility City. They are GREAT!

I had problems with my lift chair. Under warranty. Within one day of calling, they came out and diagnosed the problem as well as order the part. It was done with repairs within a week. Very nice people to work with.
