Great place to get Mobility scooters and other equipment! Jamie, John and Randy were super helpful. Took my friend in with his scooter to see if they could fix it but it was old. They did what they could but the scooter was too far gone so Jamie helped us fit a rental for my friend to tryout. He did an excellent job of showing my friend the different types of mobility scooters and chairs to get the best fit. Highly recommend this place if you have a need. Great prices, Great guys to work with not just selling equipment but caring for the customer.

You rarely find this kind of personal service anymore. I brought in my well used power chair for repair expecting to be without it for months. The owner disassembled it right in his lobby and made necessary repairs so I could keep my chair until the other parts arrived. The owner even ran to the hardware store for a few sheared screws. The repair price was very reasonable. I also purchased a used walker he had on the floor to exactly match my existing walker that needed new wheels on which he ordered on speakerphone with the manufacturer. Very honest, friendly, and hard working business owner. They earned my business with future mobility needs.

The best experience we have had with any mobility company since living in Florida many years. We have a scooter and wanted to add a power wheelchair to “our fleet”. We found the one we wanted at Mobility City and John Bova, the tech made a few minor adjustments and delivered it to our home the next morning. Great customer service and John was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The owner, Jamie is working to get a new vehicle lift that will accommodate either a scooter or power chair. While we were there he fixed some things on our existing lift which were never installed correctly by a another company. We are so pleased to have found Mobility City . They are dedicated to providing a very valuable and much needed service to the Sarasota community. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
