What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Friday: 9-5

Is there someone in the showroom that can help me with the mobility products?

Yes Jamie, John and Randy are very knowledgeable.

Can you deliver the mobility equipment to my home?

Absolutely! We do charge a fee based on distance.

Purchasing & Payment

Do you offer a Military or Veterans Discount on mobility products?

Yes. We offer 5% for Veterans.

Do you offer financing options on mobility equipment?

Yes. We offer Care Credit.

Do you offer a senior discount on mobility equipment?

Not at this time.

Do you ever offer discounts or specials on mobility equipment?

Yes, we do monthly ads.

Do you accept health insurance?

Not at this time.

I’m on a limited budget. Do you have inexpensive products?

We do offer some used items that are discounted.

Do you buy used mobility equipment?

We do sometimes or we consign at 50%.

What is your return policy on mobility equipment?

We have a restocking fee of 20%.

Rentals

What type of equipment do you rent?

All types except bathroom items.

How long do I need to rent the equipment for?

Daily to indefinitely.

Can you deliver rented mobility products?

Yes, based on distance and day of delivery.

Do you have a delivery fee for rentals?

Delivery based on days and distance.

Can you deliver and pick up rented products to the hotel we are staying at?

Yes, we deliver to hotels.

Do you offer insurance for rentals?

No, we do not offer insurance for rentals.

Can my rental charge go towards a purchase?

1 months rent can be applied to purchase

Do you provide rentals for any local airports?

Not yet

Where is pickup and dropoff when renting for a cruise?

Rentals can be picked up in our store.

Repairs

Can you fix my broken products and equipment at my home?

Yes, we can come to you. Just call our store for more information.

Does your mobility equipment service truck come to my area to do repairs?

Yes we do.

Do you service electric scooters?

Yes we do.

Do I need to schedule an appointment to bring my mobility equipment in for repair?

No, you can drop off if our tech is not available.

Do your Technicians work for your company and do they have background checks?

Yes

Have your Technicians received the Covid-19 vaccination?

Are you insured in case of damage in my home?

Yes

In-Home Delivery

Where do you deliver mobility equipment to?

We deliver to homes, rehab centers, etc.

How soon can you deliver mobility equipment to my home?

Most likely same day.

Does your mobility equipment service truck come to my area?

Yes

Do you carry bathroom safety equipment?

We do carry some bathroom safety equipment. Contact the store for more information.

Can I pay you over the phone for products and services at my parents’ home?

Yes, we take over the phone payments.

Do you repair products bought from other companies?

Yes we repair all items that we can get parts and support for.

Can you come to my home, apartment, or assisted living facility to repair my equipment?

Yes

My batteries no longer charge. Do you carry replacements?

We do battery replacement packages based on location and battery size.

Do you carry lithium replacement batteries?

No, The manufacturers keep the lithium.

Can I just buy the batteries myself?

Some you can. We sell and install MK batteries (high end for scooters)

Do you sell chargers?

Yes, different prices for different strength chargers.

Will you purchase used mobility equipment?

Sometimes based on condition, but mostly we resell under a 50% consignment.

Do you have mobility equipment to see and test in your showroom?

Yes. We have many types of equipment to test.

Do you honor a manufacturer’s warranties on mobility equipment?

The manufacturer provides parts under warranty we charge for unwarrantied parts and labor.

Do you carry and service bariatric mobility equipment?

We do carry some items. Call our store for more information.

Sanitization

What products can you sanitize?

All products, scooters, wheelchairs, etc…

Will sanitization ruin, rust, or fade my equipment?

No, it is hat steam.

What kind of chemicals are used when sanitizing?

Basic germ sanitizers and hat steam.

How often should my equipment be sanitized?

As needed

Can you sanitize equipment at my home or do I need to come to your store?

We come to homes for a fee as well.
